Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and include the original receipt. Handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, swimwear & sale items are final sale.

We ship all of our orders via USPS. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150.00.

We do offer in-store pickup to customers in our area! Please wait for us to email you that your order is ready to be picked up.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling. Store credit expires 1 year from issue date.  

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed gift card credit within 7 business days of the delivery of your return.

We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment. 
The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receipt date.
Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with clothing tags attached. Shoes need to be unworn with the original box.
Original receipt or invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email.
Final Sale Items:  
Jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, swimwear are final sale!
Once your return is processed, we will email you with your store credit that you can used at Chelsea Pacifica, LLC in Battle Lake, MN.

Alicia grew up a MN girl and transplanted to Fargo,  ND where she lives with her husband Ryan, their two boys and their French bulldog,  Waffles. The Weigels love spending time attending sports activities and making memories on family vacations. Alicia's passions, beyond her family,  include starting and growing businesses, traveling, shopping, hosting and designing events and taking naps. Fun facts, she has a degree in broadcast and print journalism and spent a summer building bridges for an industrial construction company. Her friendship with Katie grew from their mutual love of being "Boy Moms," travel, business, and fashion. Everything else is history! They share similar style,  but each has their own vibe and you'll see that throughout Chelsea Pacifica's inventory.
